(+)-Griseofulvin

Griseofulvin is a non-polyene antifungal antibiotic, which can strongly inhibit fungal cell mitosis, interfere with fungal DNA synthesis, and bind to tubulin to prevent fungal cell division.

For the treatment of fungal infections of the skin and stratum corneum, it has a strong inhibitory effect on Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton and Trichophyton.
