Application

It is a selective inhibitor of BMP signaling pathway, which inhibits the transcriptional activity of BMP I receptor ALK2 and ALK3. IC50 is 5 nM and 30 nM, respectively, and the effect on BMP is 200 times higher than that of TGF- beta.
