Ivabradine hydrochloride

Ivabradine hydrochloride is the first inhibitor of selective and specific regulation of heart rate, with selective effects on the sinoatrial node but no effect on intracardiac conduction, myocardial contraction or ventricular repolarization.

For the treatment of patients with angina pectoris who cannot tolerate beta-blockers and/or heart failure.
