Definition of enzyme activity: The amount of enzyme required to decompose and release 1 µmol of reducing sugar from a mannan solution with a concentration of 3 mg/ml per minute at 37 °C and pH 5.5 is one unit of enzyme activity.

Function: Mannanase is a hemicellulose hydrolase that degrades β-1,4 glycosidic bonds in an endocut manner.

The non-reducing end of the degradation product is mannose, and its substrates include glucomannan, galactose Mannan and β-mannan, etc.

Use: According to the purpose of use and application effect, it is mixed and evenly added to 100-150 g/ton compound feed for use.

Packing specification: 25kg/bag.

Storage: Under 25℃, the solid enzyme can be stored for 12 months. During the shelf life, the enzyme activity will not be lower than the activity indicated on the product; under 4℃, it can be stored for a long time.
